Through St. John's Memorial Fund each of us is provided the opportunity to give a gift in memory of or in honor of someone we love and esteem. Usually such a gift can be long-lasting and broad in scope.

As the donor, you may indicate how you wish your gift to be designated. Most often gifts are given in St. John's Building Fund, the Organ Fund, and our Scholarship Fund, or to the Memorial Fund with no specific designation. However, you may donate to the Memorial Fund and indicate any local charity or any specific program St. John's might be supporting, i.e. Rwanda church or school, Get on the bus, Habitat for Humanity, Loaves and Fishes, St. John's Shelter for Women & Children, Family Promise - and there are others from time to time.

When you make a donation, the following information is very important:
1. Who is/are the donors and address?
2. Where is the money to be used?
3. Name of person being memorialized or honored.
4. Name and address of family of the deceased or address of the person being honored.

St. John's sends and acknowledgment of the gift and the amount to the donor and also sends notification of the gift to the family of the deceased or the person being honored (but no mention of the amount is made).
