Getting to Know Steven
What do you do here at St. John’s?
I oversee all of the music ensembles and musicians at the church
as well as coordinating the musical choices for each worship
service. Additionally, I direct the Sanctuary Choir, the Handbell
Choir, the Contemporary Ensemble, and work with all cantors and
soloists. If it is musical, I’ve got my hands in it!

What do you do here at St. Johns?
I am usually the first person you see in the office or the first
voice you hear on the phone. I coordinate the church calendar as
well as the usage of our building, maintain our recordkeeping
software, and MANY “other duties as assigned.”

I am in charge of producing bulletins and newsletters and keep

What do you do here at St. John’s?
I work with children of all ages developing their musical talents
and nurturing their spirits, too. We work together to learn the
music of the liturgy so that our children can participate fully
in worship.
